Follow-ups

Follow-ups now send for you

Follow-ups now send on their own through the Alura Chrome extension, using your Etsy session. No more copying a message, opening the order on Etsy and pasting it in.

Before each message goes out, Alura reads the order and its conversation and checks it against your sending rules. Orders that match a rule, like a refund or a buyer who already wrote in, are skipped, and you can see why.

Your sending rules are now saved to your shop, so they apply on every computer you use. Update the Alura extension to the latest version to use it.

Details

  • Preview a message and its order before sending
  • Live progress while a batch sends
  • Skipped follow-ups show the reason
  • Sending rules saved per shop instead of per browser

Customer Messages, in beta

Customer Messages brings your Etsy inbox into Alura. Every conversation shows the buyer's orders next to it, so you can answer without switching tabs. Search, filter, use Etsy's folders, and keep things tidy with open, snoozed and closed threads, labels, priorities, assignments and internal notes.

The built-in assistant drafts replies for you. Train it on your past conversations, add your policies, reply guides and saved replies, and it writes drafts in your shop's voice. You review and send every reply.

An Analytics tab tracks response times, your Star Seller response rate and message volume. Find it under Customers > Messages. It is in beta and syncs through the Alura Chrome extension.

Highlights

  • Order details and shortcuts beside every conversation
  • Saved replies that fill in buyer, order and shop details
  • Internal notes with @mentions for your team
  • AI drafts, trained on your own message history
  • Response rate and Star Seller tracking

Automations

Automations: Slack, webhooks and a weekly review

Connect Slack under Settings > Integrations and add a Send Slack message step to any automation. Pick the channel or person it should go to.

A new Webhook received trigger lets another tool start an automation. And a new Weekly shop performance review template sends you a summary of how the week went.

Also new

  • Recurring schedules follow your workspace time zone
  • A new automation opens as a draft until you save it

Listings

Duplicate and delete listings

Open the menu on any row in your listings table and choose Duplicate. Alura creates a draft copy and opens it, so you can make a variation of a product in seconds.

Delete works from the same menu, or for several listings at once from the action bar. If Etsy needs your permission to delete listings, Alura asks for it the first time.

Automations, in beta

Automations runs shop work for you. Start from a trigger, like a new order, a negative review, an expired listing or a weekly schedule, then add the steps that should follow.

Steps can find listings or orders, write text with AI, run an AI agent that can search the web, update a listing on Etsy, create a task, send an email or send an Inbox notification. If/else, loops and delays let you shape the flow. Describe what you want in plain words and the assistant builds a first version for you, or start from a template.

Every run is logged, step by step, so you can see what happened and run it again. Find Automations at the top of the sidebar. It is in beta, and AI steps use AI credits.
