I only have a few orders. Is this worth it?

Yes. The list starts with your first order and grows with your shop. Even with ten buyers you see who came back, who left a review and who had a refund, and the views are ready when you have hundreds.

Do I have to type in or import my buyers?

No. Connect your Etsy shop and Alura builds the list from your orders, one customer per buyer, with what they ordered, what they spent, the reviews they left and any refunds. New orders keep it up to date.

What does it show that my Etsy orders don't?

The person behind the orders. Etsy lists orders one by one; Customers puts each buyer's orders together, with their total spent, average order value, review score, refunds and their rank among all your customers.

Can I see who had a bad experience?

Yes. The Unhappy customers view lists buyers whose review score is under 4 stars, and High refunds lists everyone who had a refund. Open a buyer to read their reviews star by star.

Can I make my own views?

Yes. Filter by orders, amount spent, reviews, country, type, average order value, review score or refunds, sort the list or group it by country or type, then save it next to the ready-made views.

Which plans include Customers?

Growth and Professional, as part of the Shop Analytics Suite. On a team, owners and admins see customers, and you choose whether members can.

What Etsy sellers say

Real reviews, quoted as published on Trustpilot and the Chrome Web Store.

Trustpilot

I’ve tried a lot of Etsy tools. Alura is the one I actually use daily. Keyword Finder = better tags & titles. Listing Optimization = clear, actionable fixes. Chrome Extension = data right on Etsy. Saved Replies + AI Assistant = faster customer care. Customer Follow-ups & Analytics = organized growth. If you sell on Etsy, this is the toolkit.
