Listings

Two videos per listing

Etsy now allows two videos on a listing, and so does Alura. Add a second video from the listing editor and it publishes alongside the first.

Drag the video tiles to choose which one is featured. The first tile is the featured video, and your listing score and preview follow the same order.

Improvements

  • Adding a second video keeps your current featured video in place.
  • Video tiles can be reordered with the keyboard as well as by dragging.
  • Paste a comma-separated list into the tag field to add every tag at once.
  • Multi-value attributes such as Materials have a search box.
  • Alura imports every Etsy search term for a listing and researches the top 50.
  • Photos at Etsy's 3000px limit count as high resolution, and only smaller photos are upscaled.
  • Create new images for me shows its credit cost before you start.

Etsy Ads

Download your Etsy Ads listing metrics

You can now download your listing ad metrics as a CSV file. The export follows the filters, sort and date range you have set, so you get exactly the listings you are looking at.

Etsy Ads now also opens on the last 30 days and only reads data for the shop you have selected. Shops that do not run Etsy Ads see a clear message instead of an error from Etsy.

Financials

Financials flags transactions it can't categorize

Etsy adds new types of fees and credits from time to time. When your report includes one Alura does not know yet, the numbers around it can be off. Financials now tells you when that happens, instead of leaving the gap hidden.

A notice at the top of the report shows how many unknown transactions there are. Click Resolve transactions to see each one with its date and amount, upload a screenshot from your Etsy monthly statement, and we will categorize it so your report reads correctly.

Research

Bulk keyword search counts as one search

Paste up to 100 keywords into Bulk Search and it now counts as a single bulk search. Bulk searches have their own daily allowance, so they no longer use up your regular keyword searches.

Export also moved into the action bar. Select rows to export them, or export everything. If your plan doesn't include it, Alura tells you which plan does.

Research improvements

  • Bulk Search results can be sorted, and more Product and Shop Research columns are sortable.
  • Listing-level sales are labeled Est. sales, since they are estimates.
  • Keyword suggestions appear as you type without long waits.
  • The Explore search box applies when you press Enter, not on every keystroke.

Automations, Listings

Automation templates that keep listings fresh

Four templates now look after your listings on a schedule. Refresh listings that stopped selling rewrites titles, descriptions and tags for listings with no recent sales. Improve my weakest listings works on your lowest scoring listings, photos included. Fix incomplete tags fills out listings with fewer than 13 tags.

Retire listings that never took off finds year-old listings with no sales and very few views, and deactivates them after you confirm. Each template handles up to five listings per run and sends you a summary of what changed.
