Customers, rebuilt

Customers has been rebuilt around the questions sellers actually ask. Every buyer shows amount spent, orders, average order value, review score, refunds and when they first ordered.

Ready-made views pull out top customers, first-time and repeat buyers, high refunds, high order value, and happy or unhappy customers. Filter by country, orders, spend or review score, or group the list by country or customer type.

Open a customer to see their order history on a timeline, their reviews, and the details of each order. Find it under Customers in the sidebar. Available on the Growth plan and up.
