Introduce your Etsy shop and tell us your story. How did you begin and decide on what to sell on Etsy, and how do you create your products?

Hello! My name is Natalia, and I want to share my hobby, which I turned into a successful business. From very early childhood, I liked to sculpt something, to create, and then my passion grew into a way of life. 15 years ago, my friends and I created a production of urns for pet ashes, garden statues, and interior items for the home. All of them are made of high-quality polymer, and each product is distinguished by its unique design. We have more than 2,500,000 different figures and beautiful objects already, but we don't stop. We come up with a new one, change the design, and develop new products. And we really enjoy what we do.It's our life. And this is an opportunity to give other people the joy of acquiring real beauty.

A couple of words more about myself: I really love everything that is beautiful, original, and unusual. I have several other hobbies; for example, I collect postcards from around the world, souvenirs, and everything that can cause delight and warm emotions. Some of them are kept by me, and some are exhibited in an online store for those who, like me, are passionate about creating a beautiful atmosphere at home and in their own gardens. Professionalism in my business and the challenges of time prompted me to launch a new gift line. I was fascinated by souvenirs and antiques. With my partner from America, Iafet, I started selling refrigerator magnets, original $2 dollar banknotes, and certified collectables. Always with you, Natalia.

Getting sales on Etsy

How long did it take for you to earn your first sale and how do you currently attract customers to your Etsy shop?

Fortunately for me, I have the opportunity to sell every day. Basically, this happens through the organic method, when people who buy a particular product share information with each other.

How do you manage your shop? Are you running solo or do you have any team members? What tools or services do you use to run your shop and how do you handle fulfillment?

I have a team, unfortunately, because of the events that are happening now, everyone is working remotely. I usually use all the resources that are freely available today.

The future of HomeAndGardenGifts 

What goals do you have for your shop in the future?

I intend to expand the assortment of my shop so that every person in every country in the world buys at least one of my items and then wants to come back to me again.
