How Littleglamoury got started

Introduce your Etsy shop and tell us your story. How did you begin and decide on what to sell on Etsy, and how do you create your products?

I started a few years ago with handmade baby clothes. But after that didn't go so well, I did a course on print-on-demand and also created a store for the USA. I create all my designs myself, sometimes with the help of AI if I want something really elaborate.

Because I love journals and I have a lot of them myself.

And this shirt is also a favorite of mine. It sells well.

Getting sales on Etsy

How long did it take for you to earn your first sale and how do you currently attract customers to your Etsy shop?

It took about 2 months until I had my first sale on Etsy. I tried Etsy Ads, but it wasn't worth it for me. That's why I rely on the right keywords, which I now find with the help of Alura.

Managing Littleglamoury

How do you manage your shop? Are you running solo or do you have any team members? What tools or services do you use to run your shop and how do you handle fulfillment?

My store is run by me alone. My daughter helps me with customer support. I use Canva, Kittle, and Ideogram; Printify does the fulfillment for me.

What goals do you have for your shop in the future?

My goal is to finally make it in the USA and become successful.

Advice for new sellers

What’s your advice for a new seller starting an Etsy shop?

Don't just start without a plan and a clue. Educate yourself, invest time in design and keyword research, keep adding new products, and keep at it.
