How Infiniteartus got started
Introduce your Etsy shop and tell us your story. How did you begin and decide on what to sell on Etsy, and how do you create your products?
I’m Irish Deomampo, the owner and founder of INFINITEARTUS on Etsy. Established on January 8, 2020, INFINITEARTUS is based in the Philippines and specializes in creating personalized vector-style illustrations of pets, people, houses, and more. All artworks are delivered as digital files.
INFINITEARTUS is represented by myself, a Filipino vector artist with nearly a decade of experience in creating vector-style digital portraits. Known online as “Vectoristang Pinoy,”I proudly share this artistic identity with my fellow Filipinos, a growing community of vector artists who bring photos to life through digital art.
INFINITEARTUS was inspired by my beloved pets cats Lucky, Wally, and Simba, and dogs Sally and Michael who continue to inspire every portrait I create. Each artwork is filled with emotion, joy, and character, reflecting both my passion for art and my love for this creative hobby.
I create the illustrations together with my team using software and applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Infinite Painter, and Infinite Design to produce our vector artworks. Our designs are often inspired by customer requests that pay tribute to loved ones and cherished pets. Every piece we create at INFINITEARTUS is shaped by our customers’ requests and stories. We believe our customers are the true inspiration behind our art, guiding us to turn their memories and moments into beautiful digital masterpieces.
Infiniteartus allows the creation of deeply personalized digital portraits for customers around the world while maintaining a consistent artistic style and high-quality standards. It also gives me the opportunity to guide my team to custom artworks, even without a formal design background, which has helped the shop grow steadily as demand continues to rise. To this day, I personally check every customer’s order before sending it through email or Google Drive to make sure each artwork shows our creativity, passion, and care.
Favorite items
What are your favorite items? What makes these so special? Why do you think these items might be selling well?
Some of my favorite items in my shop are our Custom Pet Vector Portraits, Custom Pet Cartoon , and Custom pet drawing black and white illustration . These pieces are special to me because each one tells a unique story; they're not just illustrations but heartfelt tributes that capture love, personality, and memories in a modern vector art style.
These designs are also among our bestsellers, and I believe the reason they connect so well with customers is because of their emotional value. People love giving them as gifts or keeping them as digital keepsakes that celebrate their loved ones and pets. Every piece is personalized with care, making it truly one of a kind.
Here are a few of my favorites from the shop:

Getting sales on Etsy
How long did it take for you to earn your first sale and how do you currently attract customers to your Etsy shop?
It took about two months for me to earn my very first sale on Etsy. I still remember how exciting and rewarding that moment felt it gave me the motivation to keep improving my art and shop presentation.
Today, I attract customers to INFINITEARTUS through a combination of consistent social media promotion and high-quality personalized artwork that connects emotionally with people. I regularly share my creations on Facebook, Instagram,Pinterest and TikTok, showcasing real customer portraits and behind-the-scenes art processes. I also focus on providing excellent customer service and listening closely to every client’s request, which often leads to repeat buyers and referrals.
Over time, these efforts have helped INFINITEARTUS grow into a trusted shop for custom digital portraits that celebrate love, memories, and creativity.
Managing Infiniteartus
How do you manage your shop? Are you running solo or do you have any team members? What tools or services do you use to run your shop and how do you handle fulfillment?
I manage INFINITEARTUS together with a small, dedicated team of artists. While I personally oversee all orders, design reviews, and customer communication, my team assists with illustration work and order preparation to ensure everything runs smoothly.
We use several creative and management tools to keep the shop organized and efficient including Adobe Photoshop, Infinite Painter, and Infinite Design for creating our vector-style digital portraits. For communication and file management, we rely on Google Drive, and Gmail to track projects and deliver artworks securely.
Since all our products are digital, there’s no need for physical shipping. Completed portraits are carefully reviewed by me before being delivered to customers through email or Google Drive links. This allows us to provide fast, convenient, and eco-friendly fulfillment while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
The future of Infiniteartus
What goals do you have for your shop in the future?
My goal for INFINITEARTUS is to continue growing as a creative brand that celebrates love, memories, and art through personalized digital portraits. In the future, I hope to expand our collection with new illustration styles and digital products, and possibly offer printed versions of our artworks for customers who want something tangible to display.
I also aim to build a stronger online presence by reaching more art lovers around the world and inspiring other Filipino artists to pursue their creative passions. Most importantly, I want Infiniteartus to remain a shop where every customer feels valued, every story is honored, and every portrait is made with heart.
Advice for new sellers
What’s your advice for a new seller starting an Etsy shop?
My advice for new Etsy sellers is to start with passion and patience. Success doesn’t happen overnight. It took me about two months to make my first sale, but every moment was worth it. Focus on creating products that you truly love, because your passion will reflect in your work and attract the right customers.
Be consistent with your listings, photos, and branding to make sure your shop feels professional and welcoming. Listen to your customers, respond kindly, and always aim to improve your craft. Promote your work on social media and share your creative process; people love seeing the story behind your art.
Most importantly, don’t give up. Every sale, review, and message is a step forward. With dedication, authenticity, and heart, your Etsy shop will grow just like Infiniteartus did.
