How Creativvo got started

Introduce your Etsy shop and tell us your story. How did you begin and decide on what to sell on Etsy, and how do you create your products?

My shop story began in 2016, when I discovered the power of crystals. My mom has a shop with many different stones, minerals, and crystals. I had an extrasystole, and she gave me a special gemstone bracelet for this problem. And it had an effect, so I started to learn more about crystals and where to find new ones. I buy many stones from different shops until I find good-quality ones. In the beginning, I had another job because my Etsy shop does not sell anything, but I still upload listings any time I can. In the first months, I did not have any sales; maybe the first one came 3–4 months later. Another one will arrive next month, followed by the next two, and so on. I have ups and downs, but usually I try to be persistent and upload new items in my shop every month.

Favorite items

What are your favorite items? What makes these so special? Why do you think these items might be selling well?

I like most of my products, but if I need to share some, I will choose these ones: This one comes first because it was the first one I sold. 

I wear these two every day.

The combination of lava beads and wooden beads makes me calm; there's some good energy there, and I like the color combination in this one.

I like how the stones in this one have a natural shape and different colors. 

Getting sales on Etsy

How long did it take for you to earn your first sale and how do you currently attract customers to your Etsy shop?

3-4 months at first, then I started ordering at least one per month, then two, then three, and now I only work online. I do not use ads, except for Google ads on Etsy.

Managing Creativvo

How do you manage your shop? Are you running solo or do you have any team members? What tools or services do you use to run your shop and how do you handle fulfillment?

Yes, it is a one-man show, but I can manage on my own. I use only Etsy apps. Here, the logistics are very easy to work with. They do most of the address addition, tracking, uploading… I only have to prepare things, package them, and sync them, and they will take care of the rest. 

The future of Creativvo 

What goals do you have for your shop in the future?

This year is weaker than last year. nearly half of earnings My goal is to have the same amount as last year for the future; it is enough for me.

Advice for new sellers

What’s your advice for a new seller starting an Etsy shop?

Photos with excellent focus.
Good product quality.
Satisfied customers (you can’t make everyone happy, but try to)
Persistence
Do not give up and demotivate in the first months.
