Introduce your Etsy shop and tell us your story. How did you begin and decide on what to sell on Etsy, and how do you create your products?

My shop is Bennyandmoojewellery I started selling on Etsy as my products are all handmade and personalised, so I thought it was the correct forum to start.

What are your favorite items? What makes these so special? Why do you think these items might be selling well?

My favourite items to make are my personalised thumb rings. I handstamp them, and you can have whatever text you would like on there. I have had some interesting ones!

I also love my thick and thin keyrings; they are super cute, and the verse it comes with is so lovely.

Getting sales on Etsy

How long did it take for you to earn your first sale and how do you currently attract customers to your Etsy shop?

It took a couple of weeks to get my first sale. I share on my social media and i also pay to promote certain listings 

Managing BennyandMooJewellery

How do you manage your shop? Are you running solo or do you have any team members? What tools or services do you use to run your shop and how do you handle fulfillment?

I just use the Etsy app and make sure I check what's selling well. I also change out my images and tags every so often to keep them current. I ship through Royal Mail and have a drop-and-go account with the post office. It makes things so simple.

The future of BennyandMooJewellery

What goals do you have for your shop in the future?

I want to build more on my bespoke jewellery. People love personalised items, initials, birthstones, and all things that are thoughtful.

Advice for new sellers

What’s your advice for a new seller starting an Etsy shop?

Do your research, don’t undersell your products, and make sure you cover all the fees, as you could end up being a busy fool!
