What are your favorite items? What makes these so special? Why do you think these items might be selling well?
My best-selling item in my shop is my silver chain model, which we named after the King Chain; the male model dates from the Byzantine period. This product sells excessively well because it is manufactured with very high quality. My customers usually prefer this model chain when they want to buy gifts for their boyfriends and husbands. Also, I have pirate ring models inspired by old movies that people love to watch. My customers like these models too, and I get very nice comments from all of them.














These models have a lot of fans, and these models have never received negative feedback, but I have received a lot of happy customer messages.
Getting sales on Etsy
How long did it take for you to earn your first sale and how do you currently attract customers to your Etsy shop?
This question made me very happy. I received my provincial order on the second business day after my first sale was approved on my Etsy page. I was wrapped around my wife's neck with happiness. I Was Very Happy With This First Order, Because When I Received My First Order, I Realized How Big ETSY And Etsy Family Were, Because I'm In Turkey And Etsy Family Helped Me Sell My First Order Kilometers Ahead Of The World Thank You All Etsy Family, And After I Made My First Sale In The First Two Days Since I Started Business, There Has Never Been A Time When I Didn't Make Sales Thank you once more, ETSY family.

How do you manage your shop? Are you running solo or do you have any team members? What tools or services do you use to run your shop and how do you handle fulfillment?
My wife and I work during production at my silver jewelry production workshop in Antalya, Turkey. When customers have special orders, my closest colleague and his son do our custom jewelry drawings and design work, customer messages, and cargo packaging work at 4 p.m. When my production work is completed, I pack myself by performing quality control. I work with a private company called Freight for shipping and collaboration, as well as Fedex, USPS, and DHL. The most important issue for me is to deliver the package to my customer's address on time and to imagine their happiness. When my customer opened the package for the first time, I was trying to do the best I could for you; in fact, if I'm being honest, I haven't sold anywhere else since the day I started working with ETSY, and I'm so happy to serve my Etsy customers, as well as my wife and colleagues on Etsy.
With the money we earn, we are very happy. We never think of expanding our production capacity and opening up to other sales sites because if we increase our production capacity, we have to compromise on quality and mass production. This is not right for us. Etsy is very sufficient for me and my family, and we are very happy to do business with Etsy. Also, mine and my family's first goal is that it doesn't matter how much we produce or how much money we make; the first important rule for us is how happy our Etsy customers are with the products we produce and sell, because each of my customers definitely makes money and has dreams. When buying the product, Etsy trusts family first, then trusts us as sellers and pays for it. We never want any of our customers to be disappointed because this is my workplace. And My Family And I Are Overjoyed To Be A Part Of The Etsy Family, And I Believe I Will Be Here Until The End Of My Life; If I Get Old And Can't Produce, I Have A Son Who Will Be In The Etsy Family.

What goals do you have for your shop in the future?
My biggest future goal for my store is toWe always want to make all our customers happy as much as we can by producing the best quality jewelry that will enable our customers who have purchased products from us to visit our Etsy store again and contact us whenever they need every kind of jewelry they need from our Etsy store. Also, from the second month of 2023, I want to produce our 925-carat jewelry as 14-carat real gold and publish it on our Etsy sales page. Because I have to do this, I have a gold and silver mine production certificate for my production workshop, and so far I have fulfilled the wishes of my customers who sent me a private message on my Etsy page and ordered gold jewelry. And I have never received any negative feedback about gold jewelry. My customers are happy.
Advice for new sellers
What’s your advice for a new seller starting an Etsy shop?
Become human in trade. I Only Have One Word For Those Who Open A New Etsy Store And Join The Etsy Family: On The Day I Made My First Sale, I Read This Filter At The Bottom Of Etsy Rules And The Etsy User Manual.And I never forget this promise that is always fixed on the Etsy page, and I always try my best to implement it.
"Be Human in Trade," says the Etsy page. Every seller's customer who implements this promise will be happy. Never forget this promise.

Question: How much is your monthly revenue?
Answer: If I take the monthly gross income on Etsy based on average for 12 months, minimum 15,000 dollars, and I'm very happy, I'll do my best in the future to make my customers happier.
Question: What is your average profit margin?
Answer: My average profit margin is 20% net, but this income is sufficient for me because I'm very happy to produce the best quality product I can while selling on Etsy and present it to all my customers in the Etsy family with the best price offer.
