For sellers just starting out. Free plan includes:

- **5 daily keyword & product searches**: Get 5 daily keyword and product searches, plus 2 daily shop searches and shop analyses. Your opportunities to find best-sellers and analyze the competition reset every day.
- **AI listing optimization (about 20)**: Score your Etsy listings and get actionable recommendations. AI rewrites of titles, tags, and descriptions use credits: a full AI optimization uses about 40-70, so your one-time 1,000 starter credits cover about 20. Adding new AI photos uses more, about 300-600 credits per optimization.
- **Research databases (\*)**: Access a curated database of over 1 million top-performing products and shops to spot initial trends. This provides a sample of our full research database, which is unlocked in the Growth plan.
- **Profit calculator**: Easily calculate the potential profit margin for any product. Our calculator accounts for all Etsy fees, shipping, and other costs to show you what you could earn per sale.
- **Alura Chrome Extension**: Get essential data and insights directly on Etsy. Use the extension to analyze listings, shops and keywords as you browse, streamlining your research workflow.

- **Save items to lists & folders**: Keep your research organized. Save promising keywords, products, and shops into custom folders and lists for easy access and efficient workflow.
- **AI credits (2,000/mo)**: Use 2,000 monthly credits across every AI feature in Alura, including listing optimization, new listings, AI images, the Assistant, and AI steps in automations.
- **Customer follow-ups (50/30 days)**: Send up to 50 personalized follow-up messages per 30-day period at key moments like order confirmation and delivery to encourage reviews and repeat business.

Monthly plans are charged each month. Annual plans are paid once per year: Basic is $95.88, Growth is $179.99, and Professional is $359.88. The cards show the monthly rate for your selected billing cycle. Annual billing saves up to 57% compared with paying monthly for a year.

### What can I do with the Free plan?

Free includes 5 daily keyword and product searches, 2 daily shop searches and analyses, listing scores and recommendations, a starter balance of 1,000 AI credits (about 20 AI listing optimizations), the profit calculator, and the Alura Chrome Extension. You can start researching before choosing a paid plan.

### How do AI credits work?

Free includes a one-time starter balance of 1,000 credits. Basic includes 2,000 credits per month, Growth 4,000, and Professional 8,000. Paid-plan credits refresh every month, including on annual billing. Credits power listing optimization, new listings, AI images, the Assistant, and AI steps in automations. On paid plans you can buy extra credits, and purchased credits never expire.

### What does unlimited usage on Professional include?

Professional includes unlimited research searches, shop analyses and customer follow-ups. AI credits remain at 8,000 per month, Pinterest marketing at 40 pins per day, and A/B testing at 20 active tests. See the comparison for each feature's allowance.

### Can I connect more than one Etsy shop?

Free, Basic, and Growth each include one connected Etsy shop. Professional lets you connect and manage multiple shops from a single Alura account.

### Is email marketing included in my plan?

Email marketing is included on Growth and Professional at no extra cost, with no contact limit. New senders start at 50 emails a day, and the limit rises to 5,000 a day as you keep sending without spam complaints.

### Can I change my plan or move back to Free?

You can manage your plan in your workspace's Plans and Billing settings. Moving from a paid plan to Free cancels the subscription at the end of its billing period.
