Below you will find some common fixes for any issues you may be experiencing with the Alura extension.
Option 1: Clear your cache
- In the Chrome menu, go to Preferences ⇨ Advanced ⇨ Privacy and Security ⇨ Clear Browsing Data.
- Make sure the following options are selected: (1) Choose "Since the beginning of time", (2) Cookies and other site and plugin data, (3) Hosted app data.
- Click "Clear Browsing Data"
- In the Chrome menu, navigate to Preferences ⇨ About Chrome and make sure Chrome is updated to the current version.
- Quit and reopen Chrome.
- Try opening Alura!
Option 2: Try Reinstalling our Extension
- Go to the Chrome menu and click Preferences ⇨ Extensions ⇨ Click "Remove" next to the Alura extension.
- Click "Confirm" again to confirm the removal of the extension.
- Visit the extension page for Alura the Chrome Web Store.
- Click "Add to Chrome"
- Click "Add Extension" on the pop-up.
- Try signing into Alura again.
